A miracle of light and motion,
Fashioned symmetrical devotion
To form and grace in His design,
Unsurpassed. Anything to define
Better, Love and Beauty, plans
Could not describe. His hands
Knowing perfection, once, felt
Such awe, He a moratorium dealt,
Never such commensurate loveliness
To devise again, He'd emptiness,
Fill with glory far less blinding
To His own eyes. Man, in finding
Solitary sovereignty, too lonely,
Sought relief ; thus, virtue, only
Intended for the Creator's joy,
He gave man, isolation to destroy.
Ordained perfection...one most rare...
In all creation, beyond compare,
If East or West...her name, Woman.
